- Method: Community sale (no VC presale)
- Amount: 10-15% of supply (~1-1.5B tokens)
- Use of funds: Bank acquisition, lending pool, operations
- Target raise: $20-50M (depends on market conditions)
Q1 2026: ZK-Proof Infrastructure
- Badge generation system
- Privacy-preserving verification
- On-chain credential storage
- Integration with lending protocol
Phase 3: Lending Launch (Q2-Q4 2026)
Goal: Start lending operations with proper banking infrastructure
Q1-Q2 2026: Banking Infrastructure
Two possible paths:
Path A: Acquire small bank (preferred)
- Target: Community bank with $100-500M assets
- Federal charter for 50-state lending authority
- Timeline: 4-6 months from LOI to close
- Cost: $30-80M depending on target
Path B: State-by-state licensing (backup)
- Start with no-license states (FL, TX, etc.)
- Gradually expand to other states
- Timeline: 6-12 months for first states
- Cost: $10-30M over 2 years
Q3-Q4 2026: Lending Launch
Pilot Phase (Month 1-3):
- Geography: Start in 1-3 states
- Volume: 500-2,000 loans
- Loan size: $5,000-$15,000
- Goal: Validate unit economics and default models
Scaling Phase (Month 4-12):
- Geography: Expand based on pilot results
- Volume: Scale to 10,000-50,000 loans in year 1
- Loan size: Gradually increase to $25,000-$50,000
- Goal: Prove model works at scale
Phase 4: Protocol Maturity (2027+)
Goal: Become sustainable credit infrastructure
