VIII. Call to Action
For Early Adopters
If you're reading this, you're early.
The protocol succeeds when:
- Users use the copilot and provide data
- Borrowers use the lending protocol
- Token holders govern responsibly
- Community builds network effects
What you can do now:
Use the Copilot:
- Download: dreampass.credit/app
- Connect your accounts
- See if it helps you save money
- Provide feedback to improve the product
Reality check: It might not save you much if you're already financially optimized. But try it and see.
Spread the Word (If It Works for You):
- Tell friends who might benefit
- Share honest reviews
- Help us find product-market fit
- Earn referral rewards if they join
Reality check: Only refer if you genuinely think it helps. We want engaged users, not volume.
Contribute (If You Have Skills):
- Open source from day 1: github.com/dreampass
- Bug bounties for security researchers
- Ecosystem grants for developers
- Community building and moderation
Join the Discussion:
- Discord: discord.gg/dreampass
- Forum: forum.dreampass.credit
- Twitter: @dreampassai
Reality check: Early stage projects are messy. Expect bugs, changes, and learning as we go.
For Skeptics
You should be skeptical. Most crypto projects fail. Most fintechs fail to help users.
Valid concerns:
"This sounds like every other fintech that promised low rates"
- True. But structure is different (no VC extraction pressure)
- We'll prove it by shipping a useful copilot first
- If copilot doesn't help you, don't use the lending product
"Token governance never works"
- Mostly true. But we have specific anti-plutocracy mechanisms
- Governance will be limited to specific parameters
- Will start centralized, decentralize progressively
- Expectation management: it'll be imperfect
"You can't beat banks on cost of capital"
- Correct. We won't have lowest cost of capital
- Advantage is in operating costs and customer acquisition
- May not beat banks on price for high-credit borrowers
- Targeting underserved segments where we can compete
"AI credit scoring won't work / will be discriminatory"
- Maybe. That's why we're starting conservatively
- Will use traditional credit + AI hybrid
- Continuous monitoring for bias
- Accept that we might be wrong and need to adjust
"Regulators will shut you down"
- Possible. That's why we're getting banking license
- Hiring experienced compliance team
- Working within system, not against it
- Backup plans if regulatory environment changes
Bottom line: We might fail. But the attempt is worthwhile, and we're being honest about the challenges.
Try the copilot. If it's useful, stick around. If not, that's fine too.
